321 / 321H Titanium Stabilized Stainless Steel Sheet Plate

The 321 and 321H stainless steel sheets are titanium-stabilized austenitic chromium-nickel alloys engineered for exceptional performance in high-temperature environments. The deliberate addition of titanium (minimum 5 * C content) effectively prevents chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries, ensuring immunity to intergranular corrosion even after extended exposure to the critical 425-900°C sensitization range. Grade 321H, with controlled higher carbon content (0.04-0.10%), provides superior elevated temperature strength for structural applications.
